Job Description

• Provide professional, courteous, and appreciative assistance on every phone call • Deliver exceptional, personalized solutions tailored to each customer’s needs • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions • Confidently multitask: document, research, and engage with customers in real time • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times • Meet or exceed production expectations, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality • Handle escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or client support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask accurately with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math
  • Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish especially valued)
