Job Description

• Customer facing staff responsible for winning business • Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives • Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines • Selling to named account(s), addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups • Influences the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services • Influence others' opinions on particular topics • May guide others to consider a different point of view

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
  • 10 Plus Years Related Experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • BS Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical
