Job Description
• Design workflows and interfaces for blockchain-native products
• Help users reason about value flow, costs, and tradeoffs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities
• Identify repeatable models and abstractions across blockchain use cases
• Mentor other designers and raise the bar for product design
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Meaningful exposure to crypto, blockchain, or financial infrastructure products
- Strong ability to design across interconnected workflows
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills
- Experience setting design direction, influencing cross-functional partners, and mentoring designers
- Clear communication skills
