• Support Alight’s Generative AI roadmap as an NLP Engineer by designing capabilities and solutions using LLMs and transformer-based architectures. • Evaluate base search appliance configurations and assess their impact on search results. • Review and test the latest Large Language Models and develop capabilities using LLM endpoints. • Design and implement new capabilities and configurations in the OpenSearch environment. • Identify opportunities to improve search and retrieval performance based on client needs. • Provide guidance on conversational AI and related strategy. • Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. • Submit and track Maestro or JIRA requests.
