Job Description

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to GTM leadership • Deliver high-impact analyses and dashboards • Define, govern, and track GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) • Write optimized Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, build and maintain data build tool (dbt) models • Design, develop, and own dashboards in Salesforce and Looker • Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions • Lead analytics initiatives from scoping through delivery • Work directly with GTM executives to diagnose process bottlenecks • Maintain clear documentation

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Go-To-Market (GTM) environment
5+ years of hands-on experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
experience building and maintaining data models using data build tool (dbt)
proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
expertise with visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau
experience building executive-ready dashboards
familiarity with revenue technology (revtech) software such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or 6sense
strong foundation in statistics and probability concepts
track record of managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and delivering measurable business impact
