Job Description

• Serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, securing, and operating enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments • Ensure availability, performance, and security of Epic and third-party healthcare systems • Administer and secure Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity platforms • Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) • Implement and maintain enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions • Support vulnerability remediation, security incident response, and root-cause analysis • Automate infrastructure and security operations using scripting and configuration management tools • Partner with cloud, network, security, and application teams to deliver secure, resilient infrastructure

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related roles
Proven hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure including Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, virtualization, and networking
Strong experience with enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead root-cause analysis
Experience supporting Epic infrastructure and healthcare clinical applications (preferred)
Demonstrated hands-on experience securing infrastructure and remediating vulnerabilities in regulated environments (preferred)
Experience operating in HIPAA-regulated or highly regulated healthcare settings (preferred)
Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or cloud-specific security certifications (preferred)
Experience with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes (preferred)
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) (preferred)
Ability to lead infrastructure initiatives with a strong security and resiliency mindset.
