• You'll work closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, CFO, company leadership, and partners across our demand generation, marketplace operations, and talent acquisition to drive executive-level business impact and power our company-wide forecasting & planning. • Strategic Finance is a fast-paced, high-impact team that manages Two Chairs’s near and long range financial plans, setting company and organization-level goals. • You’ll lead a team developing deep cross-functional partnerships & domain expertise to proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our business, and execute on our strategy. • You'll be responsible for leading growth & margin planning, embedded support for the operating teams executing on the plan, translating complex financials into clear narratives for non-Finance leaders, financial forecasting and reporting, developing materials for our board and investors, and serving as a force multiplier for strategic decision making.
