Job Description
• Design and develop scalable, high-quality code for complex features
• Lead cross-functional projects, providing technical direction and delivering on company priorities
• Collaborate with senior members across Product, Sales, Tech Services, and Engineering teams
• Own feature delivery from conception through production deployment
• Handle debugging and resolving complex issues
• Establish technical standards and best practices through code review
Job Requirements
- Strong backend experience with Ruby on Rails
- Proficient frontend development with React and TypeScript
- Ability to improve team capabilities through code review and knowledge sharing
- Skill in making sound technical decisions
- Use of AI development tools regularly (Cursor, Copilot, Claude)
