Job Description

• Drive customer acquisition and engagement by shaping BrightHire's market presence • Own and evolve BrightHire's messaging and positioning • Translate customer insights and market context into compelling stories • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns • Create and oversee high-impact content • Partner with Sales for enablement materials and feedback • Collaborate closely with Product Management for feature launches • Develop understanding of market and competitive landscape

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience owning product launches end-to-end
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proficient writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • A self-directed, builder mindset
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Experience using AI tools in workflow
  • A deep sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfort working cross-functionally
