Job Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from role intake through offer, start date, and onboarding coordination • Partner closely with hiring managers to conduct new role intakes, align on requirements, and advise on hiring strategy • Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and strong reporting • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, from application to start date, including all interview scheduling and communication • Develop and continuously improve candidate assessment strategies, including interview frameworks, take-home assignments, and exercises that better evaluate skills and role fit • Elevate the overall candidate experience by creating clear, thoughtful, and engaging processes and touchpoints • Establish and document recruiting processes, best practices, and metrics to support scale

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, or similar.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and build processes from scratch.
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and employer brand.
