Job Description
• Own and operate next-generation marketing and content infrastructure
• Implement, maintain, and evolve a composable web stack built on Astro, Builder.io, Sanity, and Cloudflare
• Define roadmap connecting Marketing, Product, and Engineering for web ecosystem
• Guide evolution of CMS, site architecture, and performance infrastructure
• Lead WordPress to builder.IO migration
• Partner with marketing to ensure SEO best practices are enforced
• Contribute to keeping the core marketing site available and performant
• Enable marketing teams to build, publish pages independently
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience maintaining Astro applications
- 2+ years running headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Storyblok, Sanity, Strapi, or WordPress (headless)
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, and performance-tuning techniques
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, structured data, and web accessibility
- Ability to translate technical details for non-technical partners
- Comfort working with GA4, Looker (or similar), Google Search Console,
- Bonus points for fintech or other regulated-industry experience
- Experience deploying and managing a consent management platform
