• Own customer contracting from first redline through signature, working closely with the Head of Legal on edge cases and process improvements. • Negotiate BAAs as part of customer, payer, and vendor deals, and get most of them to signature without escalation. • Drive payer trading partner agreements and key vendor agreements to close quickly and within our risk profile while maintaining our rigorous compliance standards. • Improve, expand, and automate existing templates and playbooks. • Take on new areas over time based on interest and business need; as the second or third legal hire, you will have a tremendous opportunity to shape the trajectory of your career.
