• Develop, manage, and expand new and existing dealer relationships within the Construction and Geo-Positioning market. • Provide sales support and assist dealers in delivering product and technology training on Topcon solutions. • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth objectives. • Identify, prospect, and qualify new dealer opportunities within the assigned territory. • Collaborate with dealers to demonstrate Topcon products and solutions to end users and key stakeholders. • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and supporting documentation. • Represent Topcon at trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings. • Perform other related duties as required to support business objectives. • Travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
