• Collaborate with stakeholders and perform independent research to understand business needs and processes • Facilitate virtual meetings and working sessions with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and use cases • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, perform quality assurance testing and support business users during UAT to ensure solutions meet all requirements and quality standards • Manage development initiatives from initiation to completion, taking personal responsibility and ownership for requirements and deliverables produced • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to troubleshoot issues and address system-related inquiries.
