Job Description

• Proactively manage and coordinate executive calendars across multiple time zones. • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the executive team. • Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports. • Arrange domestic and occasional international travel logistics. • Provide flexible, as-needed support for high-priority executive projects. • Lead all logistical planning for Board of Directors and committee meetings. • Lead the planning and execution of key company events. • Directly manage and provide oversight to the onsite Operations Manager. • Manage the operational budget for the Denver and Princeton offices.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, with demonstrated experience managing direct reports or operational oversight.
Proven experience in corporate event planning is required.
Ability to work a full-time, remote schedule, with flexibility to accommodate meetings across time zones.
Requires periodic travel to the Denver office and event locations.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop an administrative or operations professional, utilizing a low-touch management style.
Exceptional project management and logistics skills, particularly in vendor management, event coordination, and administrative oversight.
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
