• Customer facing responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market, ability to achieve timeliness of objectives. • Subject to Commercial policy objectives. • Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. • The primary responsibility will be Sales in the Data Center vertical. • Shall focus on Data Center projects and sell solutions related to Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers, Power Quality and Power Sensing devices • Leadership role responsible for Data Centre segment driving business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple states. • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services, including Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers, Power Quality and Power Sensing devices • Collaborate with region sales managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s). • Develop and own with the support of the regional sales managers, strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies. • Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities. • Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Data Centre strategic customer accounts. • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing. • Perform periodic account reviews with management
