• Oversee intake, briefs, and deadlines to ensure smooth project flow • Partner closely with SAMs and PLs to align on priorities and deliverables • Manage and maintain creative calendars across multiple nonprofit campaigns • Own timelines, reviews, approvals, and quality assurance processes • Keep projects organized and on track within Deltek and Asana • Traffic creative assets to and from Mutiny for seamless collaboration • Safeguard version control and enforce scope discipline to prevent rework • Protect designers’ time by minimizing chaos and streamlining workflows
