• Serve as a technical advisor in sales engagements, helping prospects and customers understand RainFocus' capabilities and value proposition. • Architect and deliver compelling product demonstrations to highlight the platform’s ease of use and expansive capabilities. • Engage with prospects to identify solution requirements and develop contractual scope language. • Support responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical feasibility. • Assist in creating SOWs to ensure smooth project execution by the services team. • Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients, addressing objections and guiding them toward scalable solutions. • Identify solutions for integrations and document complex integration requirements. • Create requirements documentation and lead in providing a smooth hand off to implementation teams. • Capture and synthesize client feedback to inform and influence product roadmap. • Provide technical tours and demonstrations during onsite client events.
