Job Description

• Manage the optimization of the enhancements and updates deployments of key CFO systems in accounting, contracts, and finance. • Ensure that all new systems preserve or enhance adherence to accounting and auditing policies and procedures and internal controls. • Co-chair the Corporate Systems Operating Committee with GTS Enterprise Systems leader. • Accountable for change management related to technology. • Act as spokesperson for the program, including updates to information sharing with key staff. • Align governance processes with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive decision-making and operational consistency. • Lead the development of frameworks, tools, and processes for Oracle use across RTI subsidiaries.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of experience, Master's degree and 16 years of experience, PhD and 12 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience in financial systems, finance transformation, or enterprise technology.
Deep expertise with Oracle ERP.
Strong understanding of accounting, FP&A, and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership in large‑scale system implementations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
