• Design, maintain, and improve core IT systems, including Google Workspace, device management (JAMF), and GCP cloud infrastructure • Partner with People and Talent on onboarding and offboarding, hardware provisioning, and access management for a growing, global team • Manage tools like VPN, password management, and endpoint security; ensure systems are patched, monitored, and compliant with internal security standards • Serve as a primary point of contact for IT issues, supporting teammates via Slack, email, and video • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and help administer our collaboration stack (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Asana) • Keep systems documentation up to date and share regular updates on system health, risks, and improvements
