• Oversee and manage the entire payroll function, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Participate in and improve processes for our semi-monthly payrolls, off-cycle payrolls, and special payrolls. • Be the primary payroll resource for employees, and other stakeholders within Ncontracts. • Prepare payroll related journal entries and reconciliations. • Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and external audits. • Assist with month-end close tasks and complete special projects as assigned. • Assist with year-end reporting and preparation of annual tax forms. • Assist with year-end audit requests related to payroll.
