Job Description

• Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline for financial technology solutions • Create and grow prospects via lead qualification • Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines • Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C-Level • Actively promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
  • Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
  • High level of demonstrated customer interface with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech preferred
