Job Description

• Provide first-level help desk support via service ticketing systems • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues when necessary • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution • Assist in evaluating new application ideas • Review Active Directory, including old and administrative accounts • Support the organization and maintenance of file server data structures • Document network environments and assist with writing SOPs • Assist with installation of network equipment (racks, cabling, hardware) • Participate in field visits and support network engineers as needed

Comfortable working independently
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and basic IT troubleshooting
Understanding of IP networking, Ethernet concepts, and the OSI model (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with Active Directory (Nice to Have)
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) (Nice to Have)
Basic cloud troubleshooting or migration support experience (Nice to Have)
Experience with technical documentation and SOP writing (Nice to Have)
