Job Description

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications • Support perioperative workflows including scheduling, registration, billing, and patient throughput • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and vendors to resolve complex issues • Provide advanced break/fix support and troubleshoot application issues • Create and execute test scripts and participate in user acceptance testing • Support Epic upgrades, new releases, and optimization following ITIL processes • Collaborate with technical teams to identify infrastructure-related issues • Assist with other Epic modules as needed

Job Requirements

Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in OpTime and/or Anesthesia
5+ years of experience supporting Epic or healthcare IT systems
Strong knowledge of perioperative clinical workflows and information systems
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (Associate's degree may be considered with applicable certifications)
Experience supporting Epic implementations or large healthcare environments
