• Manages all sub-contractors for timely completion, quality, ensure project is built according to plans, specifications, schedule and budget. • Directs and supervises field personnel with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. • Read, interpret and understand all project documentation such as insurance, permitting, project scheduling, QA/QC requirements, blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and assembly instruction • Document delays/changes; Daily Completion of RFI's • Maintain and monitor quality standards • Ability to make mathematical computations for load calculations • Coordinate meetings, or contact permitting, building, public works, fire, and police officials as required
