• Manage and coordinate release trains, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards for assigned products or features • Contribute to product roadmap planning for assigned technology domains, providing recommendations based on customer needs and technical feasibility • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical feasibility and define scalable solutions • Work with business teams to incorporate market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights into product development • Lead cross-functional product development initiatives from conception through launch within assigned release trains • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product impact • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical dependencies, and resource constraints • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product progress • Partner with data teams to leverage analytics for data-driven product decisions • Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations for assigned products • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and support change management initiatives to drive adoption • Maintain product documentation including feature specifications, release notes, and user guides • Support business analysts by reviewing requirements and providing product context • Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and product management best practices • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
