Job Description
• Lead teams that scope and deliver consulting engagements for Private Equity clients
• Accountable for firm development and client engagements
• Deliver quality client projects and experiences
• Focus on business development and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Develop TriVista employees through coaching and oversight
• Participate in firm level strategy development and execution
• Engage in key project activities and milestones and ensure quality deliverables
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience in manufacturing or operations areas
- 5+ years in senior operational leadership positions preferred
- 3+ years of consulting experience with manufacturing and distribution companies preferred
- Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience with Business financials including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification or ability to obtain once employed
- 4-year degree, preferably with a focus in supply chain management, finance, engineering, business, or related field and/or combination of education and relevant experience.
