Job Description
• Research and identify strategic enterprise accounts with high potential for Higher Logic solutions.
• Initiate executive-level conversations that uncover business priorities, challenges, and alignment opportunities.
• Develop customized outreach strategies to engage senior stakeholders and secure discovery meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective clients to position Higher Logic as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and engagement tactics.
• Track and document all interactions in CRM systems and report regularly on outreach progress.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and prospect behavior to inform outreach.
• Transition qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members for pursuit.
• Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Strong executive presence and communication skills across channels and formats.
- Proven ability to develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with C-level and senior leadership at large organizations.
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence, professional curiosity, and business acumen.
- Excellent organization, time management, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
