Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing technology, operations, deliverability, or marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience across owned channels (email, SMS, push, in-app)
- Ability to lead cross-functionally and build trust with Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing teams
- Depth with ESP/notification platforms (Braze, Iterable, SendGrid, or similar)
- Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Understanding of how marketing platforms integrate with internal and third-party tools
- Creative thinking to devise alternatives when facing roadblocks
- Knowledge of email/SMS regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR)
- Track record of managing and delivering technical projects end-to-end
- Comfortable querying data for troubleshooting issues and validating segments (SQL required)
- Clear documentation that scales enablement
