Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of training or enablement experience, including experience supporting Customer Success teams and direct customer training initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and scale training programs from the ground up that impact customer-facing teams and customers.
- Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms and other enablement tools.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Background in fast-paced and high growth SaaS and technology training preferred.
