• As the Director of the Data Architecture team, you will directly engage with customers with the goal of migrating customer data from a source system to Salesforce CRM • Participate in customer workshops to discuss data migration processes and gather requirements • Create of data migration plans, including timelines and milestones, to ensure successful project completion • Create field mappings, maintain user stories and Jira tickets, develop migration scripts, execute migrations to test and production environments, and troubleshoot/resolve issues • Perform detailed reviews of customer data, verifying data integrity and identifying possible errors • Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Seek efficiencies and standardization in data migration processes • Manage complex migration projects from beginning to end • Create a positive customer experience by building strong customer relationships • Participate in regular check-in meetings with customers and project teams to provide status updates and address roadblocks • Provide clear and detailed documentation of deployment steps, migration processes, test load results, and recommended testing areas • Collaborate closely with Neocol project teams to ensure overall solutions include data migration considerations
