• Lead end-to-end SAP SD design and configuration to meet business requirements (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management) • Drive solution design for complex SD scenarios including pricing procedures, output determination, copy control, and partner determination • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and integrate SAP SD with FI, MM/Procurement, WM/EWM, and other relevant SAP modules • Own integration touchpoints between SAP SD and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, third-party logistics) • Oversee data migration activities related to SD objects (customers, pricing, open orders, billing documents), including mapping, validation, and reconciliation • Lead and support testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT): develop test strategies, review test scripts, manage defects, and ensure issue resolution • Provide leadership and guidance to SD consultants and business stakeholders; review configuration and ensure adherence to SAP best practices • Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing enhancements, including issue resolution and continuous process optimization • Act as the primary SD point of contact for business users, translating business needs into functional designs and scalable SAP solutions
