Job Description
• Lead programs that enhance lab efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage the rollout of a centralized lab infrastructure reservation system.
• Program-manage the rollout of engineering lab managed services and lab solutions.
• Drive modernization across engineering labs and lead the Management of Change (MoC).
• Track and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with lab software engineers to integrate automation frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Typically 10+ years of experience
- PMP/PMI certification preferred
- Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and program visibility
- Knowledge of lab automation and orchestration systems
- Experience building and managing dashboards for operational metrics using Power BI, SmartSheets, etc.
- Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
