Job Description

• The Research Manager, Quantitative Health plays a central role in running projects that deliver fresh, strategic insights that get to the heart of questions for healthcare brands and audiences • This role helps shape brand strategy and marketing action by blending analytical rigor with creative thinking • There are five core capability areas that a Research Manager at H&P delivers on: 1. Job Requirements

  • Experience managing quantitative research projects autonomously (4+ years)
  • Strong management skills; able to lead, and coach team members
  • Have excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver exceptional quality on time
  • Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project
  • Writes clear and inspiring insight stories
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proactive
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business
  • Expert critical thinking skills and the ability to come to leaders with solutions
  • Able to travel occasionally as the job requires
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of health related brands, audiences, and market dynamics
  • A genuine passion for healthcare and a desire to help clients improve health outcomes through insight driven strategy
  • Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex quantitative findings into clear, compelling visual stories that drive action
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment; candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred
