Job Requirements
- Experience managing quantitative research projects autonomously (4+ years)
- Strong management skills; able to lead, and coach team members
- Have excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver exceptional quality on time
- Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project
- Writes clear and inspiring insight stories
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactive
- Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business
- Expert critical thinking skills and the ability to come to leaders with solutions
- Able to travel occasionally as the job requires
- Experience working within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of health related brands, audiences, and market dynamics
- A genuine passion for healthcare and a desire to help clients improve health outcomes through insight driven strategy
- Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex quantitative findings into clear, compelling visual stories that drive action
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment; candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred
