This role will lead the strategy for creator acquisition, onboarding, and retention, shaping how the company expands its user base across key creator verticals and new business categories. The leader will build scalable systems and partnerships to create a self-sustaining acquisition and retention flywheel globally.

This role involves advising, leading, and managing a team of Claims Coverage Attorneys handling first and third-party matters across various lines of insurance, while also overseeing department processes, budget, and cost analyses. The Director is responsible for providing expert legal advice to senior executives on risks to the Claims organization and ensuring the quality and consistency of legal work product from internal staff and panel counsel.

This role is responsible for owning carrier sourcing, cost structure, and pricing strategy across the drayage and intermodal network, ensuring every move is sourced correctly, priced accurately, and executed without margin erosion. Key duties include building the carrier network, negotiating rates, owning lane-level pricing strategy, and partnering with operations to reflect real execution costs.

The Director/Senior Director will own the entire commercial cycle for Alloy’s ATX platforms and services, focusing on generating revenue, building a robust pipeline, and closing complex transactions from outreach to execution. This involves developing strategic customer relationships, designing scientific solutions, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
