• Be responsible for maintaining current infrastructure • Create new Salesforce infrastructure & stability • Partner and coach development teams and vendors • All aspects of user and license management • Salesforce configuration changes • Understanding of apex triggers • Respond to system outages and participate in root cause analysis • Submit Change/Incident Management Tickets • Collaborate with various teams and vendors • Ability to design, code, and test projects • Document activities from design to completion • Participate in testing of projects • Develop automated tests • Create and maintain solution documentation • Support and improve efficiency and effectiveness of tools • Monitor and manage system performance • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning • Troubleshoot incidents reported by end-users • Keep abreast of current technology • Develop and maintain well written and oral communication skills
