Job Requirements
- Evaluate existing County and partner systems, data sources, and integration points
- Identify data quality and interoperability gaps
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with CalAIM, HIPAA, and County data standards
- Define secure data exchange mechanisms, APIs, and ETL processes for cross-system sharing
- Create and document data dictionaries, metadata standards, and governance procedures ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Design data structures and schemas to enable operational dashboards, outcome tracking, and State-mandated CalAIM reporting
- Produce clear technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and provide knowledge transfer to County IT staff
