• Design, implement, and manage complex Azure cloud infrastructure, including networking, application hosting, integration patterns, data services, and secrets management • Define and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures aligned with best practices and organizational standards • Deploy and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure CLI, PowerShell), ensuring repeatability, security, and maintainability • Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to support CI/CD for both infrastructure and application deployments • Optimize system performance, availability, and reliability through monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and incident response • Conduct regular system reviews and operational audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies, including backup and restore processes • Partner with Security Analysts to implement and maintain security controls, access management, and policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements • Ensure cloud environments align with security and compliance standards relevant to healthcare organizations, including HIPAA, data protection requirements, and industry best practices • Automate operational tasks and workflows using Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Container Apps, Event Grid, or similar services • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable and operationalize AI-driven capabilities on Azure, including platform readiness, scalability, observability, and cost management • Provide technical leadership through mentorship, design reviews, and architectural guidance
