Job Description

• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, especially at CXO level. • Identify and foster relationships with client deal coaches. • Develop and execute strategic business development plans. • Ensure effective qualification of opportunities. • Assemble and lead internal teams to support business development efforts. • Develop winning strategies to outpace competitors.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong network and relationships at CXO level
  • Proven track record of developing business strategies
  • Ability to engage with client deal coaches
  • Experience in creating Business Development plans
  • Strong understanding of industry and competitor landscape.
