• Support treasury management, monitor cash balances and partner with Finance leadership to flag risks and opportunities related to cash flow • Prepare and support quarterly tax payments and filings, coordinating with external tax advisors as needed • Own and prepare monthly bank reconciliations, prepare and review accrued expenses and related schedules • Manage prepaid expenses, including setup, amortization, and reconciliation • Prepare month-over-month (MoM) flux/variance analysis and supporting explanations • Support month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Support commerce revenue recognition in accordance with accounting guidance • Reconcile vendor escrow accounts related to revenue and partnerships • Maintain and update accounting documentation, including Notion pages, close checklists, and process guides • Ensure documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and consistently maintained
