This Fellow AI Engineer will define and drive the enterprise-wide Agentic AI strategy, establishing the architectural framework for intelligent agents across the entire product suite. The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with strategic enterprise customers to diagnose challenges and co-design AI solutions, leading the end-to-end delivery of complex agentic AI workflows and RAG pipelines on private cloud infrastructure. This role involves rapid prototyping, architecting production-grade applications, building scalable data pipelines, and developing/fine-tuning LLM/SLM solutions.

The AI Architect will own the end-to-end architecture for the AI platform, defining reference architectures for agent frameworks, knowledge graphs, and model services, while ensuring architectural consistency across enterprise teams.
