Job Requirements
- A completed degree in a relevant field, e.g., Interaction Design, Media and Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a comparable digital design/technology program.
- Solid understanding of relevant design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
- Practical experience in corporate contexts or projects involving Mobile UI/UX Design and design concepts.
- Proven experience as a mentor, trainer, or instructor in the relevant subject areas.
- Confident proficiency in German and English to support and assist participants in both languages.
- Strong communication and moderation skills to actively engage participants and promote discussion and knowledge transfer.
