• Installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial printing and coding equipment at customer manufacturing sites • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and implementing effective solutions • Providing technical support and training to customers to optimize equipment performance • Managing assigned customer accounts and identifying opportunities to increase value through service agreements or additional solutions • Tracking and escalating technical issues according to established procedures to ensure timely resolution • Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting regional and company performance goals
