Job Description

• Work closely with clients to develop digital strategies, define success criteria, assess current processes and project performance, and build business value justifications for initiatives • Define approaches for applying BIM and emerging technologies to Building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects • Create and maintain high-value client relationships by solving business challenges • Shape the Autodesk Technical Advisory service offering related to MEP and guide its delivery • Help customers manage transformational change by applying change management methodologies • Define and track the value of solutions delivered to customers and help document the impact of customer investments in Autodesk Consulting

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Buildings - MEP industry (experience with Autodesk products preferred, including Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud)
At least 3 years of experience leading business improvement initiatives that leverage implementation of digital solutions
Demonstrated excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications
Proven ability to facilitate customer workshops using a variety of techniques
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentations to teams and customers
Willingness to travel up to 30% for Autodesk events and customer meetings
