The Staff Engineer I acts as the technical anchor, providing leadership and architectural direction for building software using AI-native development practices across the entire software development lifecycle. This role focuses on applying AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability, rather than model development.

The primary mandate is to lead the engineering team toward AI-enabled software development, embedding AI tools across the entire SDLC to enhance speed, quality, and leverage. This leader must also be technically credible, capable of performing development work, and reviewing architecture and code authoritatively.

The manager will act as a hands-on leader, coding and architecting high-priority features for the fraud detection platform while taking extreme ownership of the technical roadmap for the Risk Platform. Responsibilities also include overseeing the scaling of low-latency, high-throughput systems crucial for real-time risk assessment and managing team performance and development.

The Americas Aviation Engineering Technical Practice Leader will drive practice growth, reinforce delivery quality, strengthen technical capabilities, and represent Company in industry leadership roles, reporting directly to the Americas Aviation Lead. Core duties involve contributing to practice growth and sales strategy within the Aviation sector, supporting capture managers, and building strong industry relationships.
