Job Description
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain Public Trust (U.S. Citizen)
- Bachelor + 8yrs, including 5yrs+ controller experience (e.g., Tower/Flight Data/Ground Controller, TRACON Controller, Contract Controller, etc.)
- Demonstrated familiarity with fundamental aviation frameworks and processes, including Aviation Safety Management System (SMS)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in unionized or labor-partnered settings.
- Formerly certified in relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Controller (CPC), Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS), Facility Ratings, Control Tower Operator (CTO))
- Past or present involvement with aviation industry groups and communities – including unions and trade organizations – are a plus
