Location: Remote US (preference to Austin, TX or Boston, MA)

About the Role
VulnCheck is seeking a U.S. based Field Marketing Manager to provide operational and administrative support for our expanding event and field marketing initiatives across the U.S. and international markets. This role will report to the Director of Event Marketing.
Working closely with the Marketing and the Sales team, this individual will focus on logistics, coordination, and execution of regional ABM programs to accelerate pipeline, while providing support for international field-level events in EMEA and APAC. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a execution-focused role that enables strategic leaders to operate effectively.
What You’ll Do
Field Event Execution & Operational Support
- Implementation of approved event strategies and plans.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks for field events, ensuring timelines, checklists, and deliverables are tracked and completed.
- Support hands-on execution for U.S.-based regional events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics as needed.
- Assist with execution support for international events as programs expand, following established strategy and direction.
- Partner with Sales to plan and execute regional ABM events to help accelerate pipeline and close revenue.
Regional U.S. & International Event Coordination
- Support early-stage international field event efforts (EMEA and APAC) through vendor research, logistics coordination, and documentation of regional processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution aligned with defined event objectives.
- Maintain event calendars, documentation, and operational playbooks.
Event Assets, Logistics & Inventory
- Manage day-to-day coordination of event assets, including booth shipments, freight logistics, collateral, swag, signage, and hardware for both U.S. and international events.
- Own inventory tracking and organization of event materials to ensure readiness and consistency with brand standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Post-Event Administration & Sales Support
- Assist with post-event execution, including lead scrubbing, data hygiene, and coordination with Sales Operations.
- Work with Sales to ensure accurate event notes, proper lead routing, and timely follow-up.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event operations
- Proven experience managing event logistics, vendors, and timelines in execution-focused roles
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to support U.S. and international events across multiple time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Experience in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments
