We are seeking a Remote Itinerary Planner to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel experiences. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to design personalized travel plans that match their interests, schedules, and budgets. The Itinerary Planner focuses on building clear, well-structured travel plans that help clients feel confident and prepared before departure.
- Research destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences
- Create organized travel itineraries including transportation, lodging, and experiences
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals and timelines
- Coordinate reservations and confirm travel details when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and trip information
