Role Description
We are looking for an experienced IDC & Network Procurement Manager to manage global partnerships with telecom operators, data center providers, and cloud infrastructure partners. This role focuses on supporting international infrastructure deployment, optimizing network connectivity, and managing strategic relationships with global telecom operators and data center vendors. You will collaborate with international infrastructure teams to support data center deployment, network interconnection planning, and global network performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with global data center and cloud infrastructure providers
- Lead commercial negotiations with international telecom operators and network providers
- Optimize network performance including peering, routing, and interconnection strategies
- Coordinate operations and escalation processes between internal teams and international operators
- Provide strategic input on overseas data center deployment and network interconnection planning
- Manage long-term vendor relationships with telecom operators and infrastructure partners
- Support global infrastructure expansion initiatives across multiple regions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data center procurement, network infrastructure, or telecom operator partnerships
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and telecom network environments
- Experience working with telecom operators, data center providers, or cloud infrastructure environments
- Ability to manage international vendor negotiations
- English as a working language
- Stable career progression with no frequent job changes
- Senior individual contributor profile
