• Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch • Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data—tracking user behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments—to validate and iterate on designs • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features • Create simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless • Balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints • Make smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities • Lead design reviews with external partners and build strong cases for design decisions
